PrintMarket has produced print and promotional products for businesses and individual customers for many years. Most orders are made through the company’s own production, with vetted partners extending its capabilities where needed.

Once an order is placed, its locked artwork and run parameters move into production. The team checks the file’s technical suitability, manufactures the order and inspects it before dispatch.

An estimated production time is shown before payment. If the finished run objectively fails to match the agreed parameters, the team reviews the claim and offers a remake or refund.

Payment
Pay online by card through a secure payment page or request an invoice for a legal entity. The service does not accept cash. Any bank fee is set by the payer’s bank. The price of a placed and paid order does not change.
Delivery
Orders placed on this website are delivered free across Ukraine to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker. Pickup in Kyiv is also available. The estimated production time is shown before payment; delivery starts once the run is complete and checked.
Returns and claims
Domed stickers are custom-made to approved artwork, so changing your mind after production starts is not treated like returning an off-the-shelf item. For a production defect or a mismatch in agreed parameters or quantity, send the order number and photos. If the claim is confirmed, we will remake the run or refund the payment. Transit damage must be documented with the carrier when the parcel is collected.
Printed colour may differ from the colour shown on a screen due to display settings and the printing process; this alone does not indicate a defect.

General terms of use
KONUS-U LLC is the service provider and operating company. These terms govern use of the service and order placement and constitute a public contract under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. By placing an order, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
Order and confirmation
The shape, size, quantity, design preparation method, approved artwork and contact details form the order. The user checks them before payment. After successful payment, the artwork, parameters and price are locked; changes require PrintMarket’s agreement and are only possible before the relevant production stage.
Artwork and content rights
By uploading logos, images, text or other content, the user confirms the right to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights. The user is responsible for content, spelling, contact details and working QR codes; the service checks the file’s technical suitability for production.
Price and payment
The current full price is shown before order confirmation. Payment is made using one of the available methods. Online payment status is determined by confirmation from the payment provider, not merely by the user returning to the website.
Personal data
Order data is used for checkout, payment, production, delivery, support and mandatory records. Necessary data may be shared with the payment provider, delivery service and public authorities where required by law. Users may request correction or deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.
Acceptable use
The user confirms legal capacity, provides accurate information and uses a lawful payment method. Uploading illegal material, disrupting the service, accessing another customer’s orders or using the website for fraud is prohibited.
Liability and events beyond control
PrintMarket is responsible for completing a confirmed order within the agreed specifications and Ukrainian law. Timing may change due to circumstances beyond the parties’ reasonable control; in that case, the team informs the user and agrees on the next steps.
Changes to these terms
The current version is published on this website. Material changes apply to future orders and do not alter the price or agreed parameters of an order already paid for. The parties first seek to resolve disputes through support and then under Ukrainian law.
