When production starts
An order enters production after payment is confirmed and the finished artwork is checked. Artwork preparation by a designer has a separate estimate.
- The estimated production time is shown before order confirmation.
- Designer preparation begins after the brief is reviewed.
- The completed run is checked before packing and dispatch.
How to pay
You can pay by bank card on a secure payment page or by invoice. Cash payments are not supported by this service.
- Online payment is successful only after confirmation from the payment provider.
- The invoice can be downloaded after placing the order.
- A placed and paid order is not repriced when settings change.
How to receive your order
Delivery across Ukraine is free for orders from this service. At checkout, choose a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker, or pickup in Kyiv.
- Dispatch is arranged after production and final quality control.
- The customer receives a tracking email after dispatch.
- For pickup, a manager confirms when the order is ready.

Payment and delivery questions
Is delivery included in the price?
Yes. Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker in Ukraine is free for orders from this service.
When does the production estimate start?
After payment is confirmed and the finished artwork is checked. Designer artwork preparation is estimated separately.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. A custom order must be paid online or by invoice before it enters production.
Where can I find the tracking number?
After dispatch, we send the tracking number to the email used for the order. The status is also available in the account.
